The event specialists at The J Bar and Embassy Suites are here to help you get down to business. We have space for meetings and events of all shapes and sizes, a team of chefs available to customize a menu to fit your needs and luxurious all-suite hotel rooms to accommodate your out of town guests – all conveniently located to the airport, highways and the Kansas City metro area. Our meeting spaces are equipped with state of the art technology – and our variety of spaces can take your event from morning to night.
The J Bar Private Dining Room
For intimate events, our private dining room can accommodate up to 75 guests.
For smaller meetings, our Executive boardroom host 16 at a large conference table.
Sante Fe Room
Perfect for training seminars or smaller meetings, the Santa Fe room can be programmed to accommodate up to 50 guests.
With over 24,000 square feet of space, our conference center can accommodate large groups up to 1400 – and can be divided to host breakout sessions or smaller events.
The two pre-function spaces, located outside the Conference Center, can be used to check in meeting participants, host meals outside of the meeting space – or as additional event space. The Pre-Function space can be broken into two separate area, or used as one large space.
The second floor Urban Terrace space, can be used most of the year to enhance your event. The Urban terrace is equipped with heaters and a fire pit, and features its own bar. Want a place to host a special event? The Urban Terrace is the perfect setting after a long day of meetings.
The Courtyard is a picturesque setting for a cozy outdoor dinner or event with your guests. Located right off The J Bar, and next to The J Bar private dining room.
